Is this David reflecting on his own actions?
Looking forward to Jesus in the garden contemplating what was ahead?
Inspired words that speak to us today?
All of the above?
Can you and I imagine living a life where there is not even a shadow of shame?
Joy here is painted as the opposite of shame.
And the way to get there?
It seems less about looking in, looking at me, and more about seeking God, knowing Jesus, walking with His Spirit...which causes me to live out my faith in service of others...and in that purpose is (re) discovered, shame burns away like a shadow at noon, and joy is found.
