Matthew 6:6 ESV But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you. Have you ever thought about God being "in secret" ? It's like He is in the world but hidden...wants to communicate with us in a quiet, hidden place...away from the noise and clamour of the world...we need to regularly find that space. What benefit would come to my life if I increased my prayer time by 10% ? Or 20% ? What would happen I wonder if it doubled? #whenyoupray #beattitudes #wordsofJesus

Matthew 6:5-6 ESV And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward.  But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. This is my biggest challenge...I want God's direction and guidance but how much time do I commit to talk to and hear from Him?
