Others, like seed sown on rocky places, hear the word and at once receive it with joy.  But since they have no root, they last only a short time. We've been transplanted from the place that we've been getting our nurture, to the place where God's living water nourishes, stengthens, provides stability...a new place! Father in heaven, nourish us with your living water today, thru your Spirit who dwells within, may we know the stability and strength that comes from being transplanted to a place where we can draw our nourishment from you. But these verses tell us there's no need to fear in that season, no need to worry... if...our trust is in Yahweh, if our roots are in him, if our nourishment comes from the stream of the river if Life...
