[28] The LORD loves justice. He will never leave his faithful all alone. They are guarded forever...

[37] Observe those who have integrity and watch those whose heart is right because the future belongs to persons of peace. 
...
[39] The salvation of the righteous comes from the LORD; 
he is their refuge in times of trouble.

This psalm of David's is full of the future of the "wicked". And through the psalm is the invitation to stay the course with our God.
The realities of David's enemies and the wicked in the world are there, and there is continuing trust in our God and returning again to Him, to following His call to His people to walk in integrity and peace, and to stay faithful to God's Big Story...
He Loves Justice.
He will make things right. Not sure how, but I trust Him with that, trust Him with the Big Story, trusting that "He is my refuge even in times of trouble" and I will continue to seek out and "observe those who have integrity and who's hearts are right".
As we do that, what opens up for us, what freedom, what space, what options might we take a step towards?

Genesis 15.8-18.ESV But he said O Lord God , how am I to know that I shall possess it? ...When the sun had gone down and it was dark, behold, a smoking fire pot and a flaming torch passed between these pieces. On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram... March 15 was the last day we looked at Abram's story...he was questioning God and this is God's response...sacrifices and smoke and fire and a covenant...a promise... Isn't that what we crave for sometimes? God, if only you'd just show me smoke & fire, a burning bush a sign, miracle, healing...then all my questions would disappear...all my doubts would be gone... 2moro we'll see Abram's response but I think God values our faith in spite of our questions and doubts. That we choose Him anyway #faith
