Sometimes it's still a good question to ask...Paul encourages us to have the same mindset as Jesus. What would he do? To know that I need to know Jesus, to learn how he responds to people...because the context here is in our relationships with one another. This is not about saving the world, but loving the people in your house, in your life, church, work, neighbourhood...loving the one in front of you as Jesus would... Yesterday I prayed for a little more light...at Hutt City Baptist Sunday morning... 1 Corinthians 1:18 ESV For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. No matter who we are, our backgroud, experiences, culture, ethnicity, age, social status etc etc etc there is only one division between us that counts, one differentiator that matters.
