Yesterday I prayed for a little more light...at Hutt City Baptist Sunday morning...

1 Corinthians 1:18 ESV

For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

No matter who we are, our backgroud, experiences, culture, ethnicity, age, social status etc etc etc there is only one division between us that counts, one differentiator that matters.
Perishing
Or
Being Saved
That's it.
The simplicity of that was light to me. Before God we are all the same apart from that.
Perishing
Or
Being saved.
