One Another # 13

James 4:11-12 ESV

Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law...There is only one lawgiver and judge... But who are you to judge your neighbor?

Some do not's in here...don't slander, don't judge, don't speak evil of one another...'cos it is so easy to do...on limited info we judge, we gossip...I think I'm just lazy...it's so much easier to judge than understand...or listen...or empathise...to love...
If I took the time to hear my neighbours story,  to understand what it is to walk in their shoes, would I be so quick to judge?

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
