If only everyone lived this way... But we can. If you're doing a deal, be fair - isn't that what you'd want? We all like to be encouraged...thanked...blessed...so encourage, thank & bless :) When we're criticised we want it to be fair and legit...so be fair & legit When someone has authority or power over us we want fairness, justice...truth...so...
