If Jesus is telling his disciples to figure this verse out then so should we... Given the context (see yesterday's txt) I think Jesus is saying don't let your religious practice, your christian activity, the way you do things at church or in your life - good and right though they may be - make you lose sight of the person in front if you - the person. People are not collections of labels and categories we put them in... but are so important that they are the reason Jesus came - all of us...so we need to show and live a mercy filled life.
