Genesis 12:10 ESV Now there was a famine in the land. So Abram went down to Egypt to sojourn there, for the famine was severe in the land. Hello? God you've called me to go, & I've done what you asked, lived right...and now the situation is so bad that I can't stay here! What's going on? Ever had a "famine in the land"? Where there is no good way out...you just can't stay in that situation? A couldn't fix it God didn't seem interested The situation became unbearable Abram had to move. Change something.
