What's going on at the city gate?
Decisions about the city, welcoming travellers. 
What also goes on is people know that is where the wise are found when you need some help.
You go to the city gate. 
Where is our city gate? 
And who is there?
Is it just the first page of a Google search?
At this city gate the fool is there too. When it comes to having anything wise to give you, the fool has nothing, but can be found there so we need to be careful. 
The wise people at the city gate likely have a bigger picture, seen the rise and fall of people and trends, they know you, know your story.
Where is my city gate?
Who is there?
Who am I listening to?

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
