A wise warrior is better than a strong one,
and a man of knowledge than one of strength;
for you should wage war with sound guidance - victory comes with many counselors.
Proverbs 24:5-6 CSB
We've been in John 12 where the people want a saviour who comes to wage war in strength. 
But Jesus doesn't do that. 
He comes with wisdom, and he is constantly seeking the counsel of his Father. 
Yes we can see glimpses of Jesus here. 
And the "victory", the "teshuah", is deliverance. 
Salvation.
Jesus waged war with death, with evil, with sin, but not with power as that would've consumed us well, but with counsel from our Heavenly Father, he moved with unfathomable humility to become our deliverance.
Our Salvation.

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
