Learned to be content. This is not something that just happens but something we need to be deliberate about, reflect on...what is it in this that is making me dis - content?
Is it the external circumstances? Someone else's actions or attitude?
Can I change that?
Maybe...but I do have control of my response - how I choose to let those things work in my life...in my heart...
And when I look deeply I find envy lurking there...anger...disappointment... now I see what needs addressing that will lead to contentment...and it's within my control - it can be learned...
