Anxiety has been described as 
fear + uncertainty.
When we're double-minded, uncertain of who we have our faith in, that uncertainty can lead to anxiety.
There's so much uncertainty in our world, in our lives, so many things that toss us around like a wave being bossed by the wind, but our anchor, what holds us in the storm, is knowing that Jesus is who he said he is. Stand firm in Him when it's calm, when the storms hit, when the sun is shining, and when you can't even see the sun. 
Hold to the anchor.
