Somehow, before any of what we know existed, God knew us.
Knew you.
You and I were seen and held in God's imagination and we were loved.
And chosen.
In all that we were meant to be. 
Seen.
Known.
Chosen.
Loved.
Since before time.
I don't know how that works, but it tells us something about our identity that cannot be lost. 
Seen.
Known.
Chosen.
Loved.
An identity found in the very heart of God. 
It tells us something about our worth. Worth that flows from Who Loves Us, from who He sees us as, and who we are in Jesus. 
Seen.
Known.
Chosen.
Loved.

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
