"Well said, Teacher!" remarked some of the teachers of religious law who were standing there. And then no one dared to ask him any more questions.
Luke 20:39-40 NLT
It's Tuesday of the last week of Jesus life and he is in the temple preaching and teaching all day.
Different groups of people are trying to trap him into saying something blasphemous or so outrageous they can get him arrested.
One stray tweet and they were going to come down on him like a ton of bricks!
While denying their authority, Jesus gives them nothing that they can use.
But in a few short days he will give up his life for those same people.
In this world that is increasingly antagonistic and offended about what people say, maybe we need to take a similar approach and love in action.
Die a little to self.
Serve without reward.
Say less.
Easter is about our saviour who went humbly and quietly to the cross...

Joseph replied..."Dont you see, you planned evil against me but God used those same plans for my good, as you see all around you right now - life for many people..." Genesis 50:19-20 MSG The view from the drone. The different perspective. "God has been at work in my life despite, in fact within the hatred that you had towards me. Even though I couldn't always see it, I kept trusting Him, even when He was silent, when all hope seemed lost... God was at work... Can you see that now?" #faith #faithinthedark
