Abram believed the Lord, and he credited it to him as righteousness.
Genesis 15:6 NIV
From the earliest of times it's always been about faith.
About what we believe.
Abram had uprooted his clan, followed God's call, for years moved all over the Middle East...but what did God really value?
His faith.
That he believed God
No matter what his circumstances.
No matter that God's promise may have seemed impossible.
He believed God.
What we believe is important.
That God is who he says he is, that we can know him by knowing Jesus, that the Bible is him revealed to us, that it's faith that makes us right with him...now part of his family...and nothing, nothing can snatch us from him...
And one day, all will be made new.
No matter our circumstances
No matter if it seems impossible.

Joseph replied..."Dont you see, you planned evil against me but God used those same plans for my good, as you see all around you right now - life for many people..." Genesis 50:19-20 MSG The view from the drone. The different perspective. "God has been at work in my life despite, in fact within the hatred that you had towards me. Even though I couldn't always see it, I kept trusting Him, even when He was silent, when all hope seemed lost... God was at work... Can you see that now?" #faith #faithinthedark
