God breathed
theopneustos (from "theos", God and "pneo" breathed out)
Paul is telling us that God breathed out His word.
The Bible is more than a collection of writings, stories, accounts, poems & prophecies, but the breathed out word of God.
And if we read it, we allow God's breath to speak into, to speak life into...us.
"If only God would speak to me!"
Well He has.
He's breathed out His Word so we can breathe it in.
Just gotta read it...
