"You know the commandments: You shall not commit adultery, you shall not murder, you shall not steal, you shall not give false testimony, honour your father and mother"

Did Jesus know he'd been good with these commandments?
These 5 are more about our relationships with others.
What about the ones Jesus hadn't mentioned? The other 5? No other Gods, not coveting?
The things of the heart?
This guy was an elder in his community. Respected, wealthy, religious and good. He'd lived by God's rules and believed he'd kept them all.
He'd done it.
But in asking his initial question he knew in his heart that there must be something more...
