James knows we're all giving safe harbour to something...but we like to deny it (or talk about it!)
Search your heart for that envy, that wanting what someone else has, that ambition that is focussed only on me...and let it go with the tide.
We can't always stop these thoughts but we don't have to give them a safe harbour to flourish in
When those thoughts we given safe harbour to appear - send them out on the tide...
