Jesus stopped and called them.
"What do you want me to do for you?" he asked. "Lord," they answered, 'we want our sight."
Matthew 20:32-33 NIV
In the noise and crowd, Jesus must've got up close and personal to have talked to our 2 blind guys...and he asked "what do you want me to do for you?"
Today Jesus is up close and personal with us through his Spirit & we can cry out to him - Lord have mercy on us - and he may well ask us the same question..."what do you want me to do for you?"
What is your answer?
What is mine?
I'm in a storm & my first answer is "get me out of this! Fix it! Now is good"
As I've considered it a bit more, it's "walk with me through this", & now, "how can this situation, this turmoil, hurt, disappointment, bring honour to You. How can this be part of the Big Story. What do you want me to learn?"
Jesus asks "what do you want me to do for you?"

Joseph replied..."Dont you see, you planned evil against me but God used those same plans for my good, as you see all around you right now - life for many people..." Genesis 50:19-20 MSG The view from the drone. The different perspective. "God has been at work in my life despite, in fact within the hatred that you had towards me. Even though I couldn't always see it, I kept trusting Him, even when He was silent, when all hope seemed lost... God was at work... Can you see that now?" #faith #faithinthedark
