John 20:14-15 NIV

At this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not realize that it was Jesus.   He asked her...
why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for? 
Thinking he was the gardener...
Mary was looking for the wrong Jesus. A dead Jesus. A Jesus she would never have found except he was looking for her.
Jesus is alive and bigger than she could imagine...but personal. He sought Mary out with those personal questions...and he seeks each of us...with gentle grace...

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
