Ephesians 5:1-4 NIV

Follow God's example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love...But among you there must not be even a hint of________...Nor should there be_______...but rather thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving.
Paul says this is the antidote for all kinds of negative stuff mentioned in these verses. What are the things that distract and pull you down?
Rather than focus on those, choose to be thankful.
Start now.
At the very least you are a dearly loved child of God
Pray your thankfulness
Write it down
speak it out loud to someone

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
