Ephesians 5:25-27 ESV

...Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her...without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish...

This is us now...
Sanctified
Cleansed
No spots or blemishes or wrinkles
Holy
This is our position as the result of Jesus work for us...we all still have blemishes...wrinkles... get it wrong...make bad calls...fail...but Jesus says I've got all this covered, it's going to be OK, what I gave up for you is enough.
And in that we can rest.

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
