Psalm 34:18 MSG

If your heart is broken, you’ll find God right there; if you’re kicked in the gut, he’ll help you catch your breath.

Peace, hope,  restoration can be found.
Look for God's hand, the blessing He gives through others, talk to Him, read the word...and he will be found.
He will help you catch your breath.
