Isaiah 53:5 NLT

But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.

Today is that in between day. Between Jesus death and his resurrection. 
I don't know what he went through on my behalf,  but I am sure it was part of taking my sin and wrong on himself.
So I could be healed.
So I could be made whole.
Most people who get this txt have acknowledged Jesus work on the cross for them and accepted the gift of life He offers.
But if you haven't,  now is good.
Maybe there is someone in your life you need to be brave and actively encourage to take that step of faith. Do it today.
