Proverbs 15:13 MSG

A cheerful heart brings a smile to your face;

Mother Teresa said this;
Let us make one point, that we meet each other with a smile, when it is difficult to smile.

Sometimes it is difficult to smile. Pain, loss, stress, worries about today, concerns for the future...Mother Teresa knew about these things in ways most of us will never experience,  yet her counsel is to choose to greet each other with a smile even when it's hard.
It says I'm with you, on your team, I care, an expression of love.
And it's free.
And choosing to smile can change us.
This week, some of us lost a friend who epitomised this proverb. His smile reflected his cheerful heart.

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
