The word of the Lord came to Jonah...Go to the great city of Nineveh...
But Jonah ran away from the Lord and headed for Tarshish...

Then the word of the Lord came to Jonah a second time...

Ever done a runner from God?
Chosen to go in a different direction?
Chosen to do what you know isn't right?
In Ch 3 we see God calls Jonah a second time...our God is one of second chances.
He comes again with a new word, a new opportunity to come back, to get back on track with Him...to return.
He is a God of second chances.
No matter how far you've run...
And if He gives second chances...so should we...
