Stone is heavy and sand a burden, but a fool's provocation is heavier than both.

What weighs you down?
The writer here must have someone in his life who keeps going on, keeps nudging him about something... a failure, a mistake, the way he looks or dresses...maybe it's someone who is always sarcastic, makes those cutting remarks...and it's weighing him down to the point where it would be easier to be carry sand and stone...
Don't be that person in someone else's life...

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth.
