When the pressure comes on us, we often waver about what we believe...what we think is true...so the first piece of armour is to know the Truth.
Buckle God's word to your body!
What we believe is true shouldn't change with our circumstances or our feelings...so knowing God's word for ourselves is critical
So read it, study it, listen to it, memorize it...buckle it on...
