And Jesus said to them,
"A prophet is not without honor, except in his hometown and among his relatives and in his own household."
...And he marveled because of their unbelief.
And he went about among the villages teaching.
Mark 6:4,6 ESV
Ever looked at the night sky and been amazed?
Just mavelled at it?
Jesus didn't marvel at much, but here he did. Here he was amazed at the unbelief of his own people.
His own family
Did he stay and try and convince them that he was who he said he was?
This same Jesus who came to seek and save the lost decided that the best thing to do was move on.
That must've been some unbelief!
1. May Jesus never marvel at my level of unbelief.
And
2. Jesus had a mission and was not going to achieve that if he got stuck in Nazareth.
Sometimes you just have to move on.

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation, for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth.
