Matthew 11:28-30 NIV
A yoke is a wooden crosspiece fastened over the necks of 2 animals and attached to the plough or cart that they are to pull.
Jesus shares our burden, but doesn't add to but lightens our load. A picture to mull over of burdens shared and walking together...
A yoke is also the part of a garment that fits over the shoulders to which the rest of the garment is attached - without it the garment falls apart...

Jesus holds us together...
Jesus with his arms around our shoulders...
Mull these verses over wherever you are today...
