Psalm 119:52 NIV
I remember, Lord , your ancient laws, and I find comfort in them.
Where do we turn in times of trouble?
is God's word the first place? or the last place?
God's truth is just that. Truth.
Valid for all time.
The psalmist says he remembers them...how much of God's word have I committed to memory?
Maybe those verses on forgiveness or gentleness or...??
Comfort comes when my fears are removed...and God's ancient words remind me of God's story that we are in...that no matter what...the God of the Universe has a heart of love towards me...
