John 4: NLT
He had to go through Samaria on the way. Soon a Samaritan woman came to draw water...The woman was surprised, for Jews refuse to have anything to do with Samaritans...Go and get your husband, Jesus told her...
The woman at the well...alone at lunchtime rather than in the morning or evening with everyone else
The Samaritan. A third class citizen
A many times divorced and rejected person
But Jesus chose to go thru Samaria, knew she would be there, chose to trample over all the social norms and cultural barriers to reach out love and forgiveness and grace...he wants us.

than you could ever dare imagine

and accepted
than you could ever
