Principle#1 when God calls us we should go
Principle#2 age is no barrier in God's economy.
Principle#3 whatever we're doing, whether we're in the midst of change or not, whether we know the destination or not, whether things are going well or not, worship.
If you can get to church today somewhere, take whatever is going on in your life, and choose to worship God anyway good or bad
Joy or hurt
Victory or defeat
Easy or hard
Choose to worship

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth.
