"The seed scattered on good soil are those who hear the word and embrace it. 

They bear fruit, in one case a yield of thirty to one, in another case sixty to one, and in another case one hundred to one."

Embrace it.

Wrap the word in.

Absorb it.

Let it in to the deepest part of ourselves...that's the invitation here, the story Jesus is telling.

Embrace the Word, and the fruit will follow. 

By itself.

A tree doesn't labour to produce fruit, it happens from the DNA of the tree, the seed, the environment, the soil, the rain, the sun, and fruit happens.

The point is not the 30, 60, or 100 - it's not about comparing, it's just that trees fruit differently, and difference is OK.

Embrace the word & fruit will appear, it may not even be what you expect...
