The angel of the Lord found Hagar...
And he said, "Hagar, slave of Sarai, where have you come from, and where are you going?"
"I'm running away from my mistress, Sarai" she answered.
Then the angel of the Lord told her "Go back to your mistress and submit to her...I will increase your descendents...you're pregnant..."
Genesis 16:7-11NIV
Hagar knew where she'd come from but had no idea where she was going.
But God had a plan for her. He had a future for her.
Life must've seemed hopeless to Hagar.
But God had a plan to make a way, to redeem what had been done.
Yes I'm asking you to go back. Yes it might be hard.
Oh and by the way if you didn't realise you're going to have a baby...
But I'm with you in this. I'm making the same promise to you I made to Abram. You (the outcast, used, abused, & alone) are important to me.
You may not know your future, but I am with you.
