There was music, and singing...and it was loud!
So loud it could be heard a long way from the city...
What do we sing the loudest for?
What really engages our emotions?
When we talk, what animates us? What have we got plenty to talk about?
What am I loudest about?
We are loudest for that we love the most.
Last week in church some people behind me weren't from the line of professional choirs from Nehe's time.
But they sang loudest in thanksgiving to who they loved the most...and that made it beautiful.
God doesn't want our praise because it's perfect, but that it's from the heart...
