This is a promise to God's people...and it seems like a long run promise.
What did the people need to have going on?
Fear.
Dismay.
Weakness.
There are days when I have one of these and there are days when I have all three...
When we fear, remember God is with us.
When we're dismayed, remember who our God is.
When we're weak, he offers His hand.
His righteous hand.
Righteous - morally upright, not just strong but right...

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation, for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth.
