Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness! You have freed me when I was hemmed in and relieved me when I was in distress; Be gracious to me and hear [and respond to] my prayer.

God you've answered my prayer before...but where are you now?
When I really need you I'm getting silence.

Why won't you just do what I ask?

God here's my problem. I think that I'm the key player, the centre of the story, that it's all about me... on Sunday I'm happy to praise you as the centre of it all...but on Thursday? When I want an answer?

Lord I know you're good. I know you've saved me, redeemed me.
You know what I'm facing now too and I choose to trust you - no matter what.
