Ephesians 6.9.niv
...And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favouritism with him

Are you a boss? A manager? Responsible for staff or other employees? A leader?
If not today then maybe you will in the future...this verse starts with "in the same way" which is the previous verses about working for God, serving wholeheartedly, doing good work. Same then if your in charge...plus, don't threaten & don't play favourites...
In God's economy we are all equal, rich, poor, powerful, weak, & the message is clear here if your in charge, use your authority and leadership in line with how God sees people
