The path of life leads upward for the wise; they leave the grave behind.

Who are the wise? Proverbs connects wisdom with living the way God calls us to...this is the path with an upward trajectory...the path of life...
God's big story is about love, creation, giving, restoration...and that's what He wants us to be about.
That life can look quite different to those around us...we make choices to give, to bless, to encourage others in ways that make no sense to the prevalent thinking of our times...
We can choose every day the upward path of  life...

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
