Exodus19.3-6.niv
Then Moses went up to God, and the Lord called to him from the mountain and said,
This is what you are to... tell the people of Israel: ...if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine, you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation...

You'll be my representatives on the earth...I've placed you at the crossroads of the world where trade and people pass through so they will see my people, see who I AM in you...if you just follow my directions...
And now that's us...the christian community...representing God in the world...just gotta follow his word, live it out...

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
