Ephesians 5.1-15.nlt Imitate God...Live a life filled with love... Obscene stories, foolish talk, and coarse jokes-these are not for you. Instead, let there be thankfulness... Don't be fooled by those who try to excuse these sins...Carefully determine what pleases the Lord. Take no part in the worthless deeds...
So be careful how you live. Don't live like fools, but like those who are wise.

More than 1 verse here...but you can't read v 15 without the context of living in love, being thankful, living as children of the light...& there's that word again: careful.
Be careful how you live. That's not a be safe do nothing careful, but what you watch, where you go, who influences you careful.
Be wise careful
Avoid darkness careful
