1 Corinthians 13:4
...love is kind.

There are days when i am not kind. How hard is it, just to be kind? .

kind [kahynd]
- adjective
gentle; considerate

That's what love is.
Kind.
Gentle.
Considerate.
For some this is easy, almost natural, and some of us, well we have to choose to be kind...Jesus gives us great examples of the way he interacted with people with  kindness...with love.
