Friday! Proverbs!
Know your sheep by name; carefully attend to your flocks; (Don't take them for granted; possessions don't last forever, you know.) And then, when the crops are in and the harvest is stored in the barns, You can knit sweaters from lambs' wool, and sell your goats for a profit; There will be plenty of milk and meat to last your family through the winter.

Ok so maybe this picture of farm life is not your reality...but beneath it sits  creation, God's instruction to tend this world and use it...there's seasons...of work, harvest, rest...and we all need each of those.
And when we disregard those principles the wheels fall off...we get tired, sick, burned out...

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
