Chosen for a new life
This new life comes thru the word if truth.
Jesus is that word.
To be a kind of first fruits...special...honoured....we have this unique position to represent God to the world...like the first orange off your tree, you'll proudly show it off to his friends and neighbours...look at this beautiful thing...taste the first fruits & see how good they are...
We are those first fruits

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
