Matthew 7:1 AMP

DO NOT judge and criticize and condemn others, so that you may not be judged and criticized and condemned yourselves.

This has to be some of the hardest teaching of Jesus...it's just so easy to judge, criticise and condemn.
I like doing it.
I'm good at it.
It comes "naturally"
What to do then?
When I see someone & the labels spring into my mind I try to say these 2 things:
This person is made in the image of God
I don't know their story
When our conversations head towards condemnation change the subject...move on...
Maybe I need to reduce my time in the media, esp social media which thrives on judging, criticising, & condemning
