1 Timothy 4:13 AMP

Till I come, devote yourself to [public and private] reading, to exhortation (preaching and personal appeals), and to teaching and instilling doctrine.

Timothy, read God's word at home...be part of a church that opens the Bible...not only that...share what you are learning with others.  Who in your life needs a good exhortation, a word of encouragement?
Teaching sometimes happens in the pulpit, but sometimes in small groups, one on one in coffee shops, or in homes, sometimes by reading, or hearing, or by example...or by listening...
But Timothy there will be people that only you can encourage, exhort, teach, so get on and do that...

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth.
