Ephesians 4:25 NLT

So stop telling lies. Let us tell our neighbors the truth, for we are all parts of the same body.

Context: written to the church. Paul has been talking about putting off the old life, putting on the new...living Kingdom values...we're part of the same body - the church - so stop telling lies...stop saying everything is great if it's not, stop putting on a mask...be real with one another...we're all in this together and sometimes we need someone to lean on, and sometimes we have strength to give
So stop telling lies about ourselves...

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
